The standalone pilot includes setup, clinic-specific call-flow configuration, live call testing, summaries, monitoring, adjustments and up to 300 AI call minutes across the two weeks.
Does the pilot require PMS access?
No. The pilot is standalone. AIGEN answers selected calls, captures the enquiry and sends a summary to your team without accessing the diary.
Can AIGEN book consultations directly?
On the €297 standalone plan, AIGEN captures the preferred consultation type and time for your team to confirm. On PMS Connected, it can manage up to five approved appointment types where a supported connection is available.
What is included in PMS Connected?
It covers one clinic, one supported PMS or booking system and up to five approved appointment types, including agreed availability checks, booking, rescheduling and cancellations.
Can it connect with Phorest?
Compatibility depends on the clinic’s Phorest setup, available access and the exact workflow required. We assess the connection before agreeing scope or implementation.
How are enquiries delivered?
Summaries and caller details can be sent by email, CRM, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on the agreed setup.
How is call usage charged?
Call and AI usage are billed separately based on actual use. Combined usage is typically around €0.10–€0.20 per minute, depending on the provider, call route and voice configuration.
Are deposits, WhatsApp recalls and extra workflows included?
Those are not included by default. Deposits, payment flows, recalls, multi-location logic, extra appointment types and deeper integrations are scoped separately.
Does AIGEN give treatment or medical advice?
No. AIGEN does not diagnose, recommend treatments or make clinical decisions. It captures the enquiry and directs the caller towards the appropriate next step.
