It is a website assistant that talks to people who visit your website, answers their questions, captures useful job details and can help them request or book a suitable appointment. It is included in the €49/month website + AI assistant plan.

Do I get an AI to answer my phone calls?

No. The AI assistant is a website widget. It talks to people who visit your website and helps with website enquiries. It is not an AI phone-answering service.

Will I get the job details on my phone?

Yes. With the AI assistant plan, when a customer makes a suitable enquiry or books a job, the key job details can be sent straight to your phone by WhatsApp so you can see what is happening without checking the website.

Do I get a CRM with the system?

Yes. With the AI assistant plan, we set up a CRM for you as part of the system. Your website enquiries and customer details can be stored in one organised place, giving you a customer database for follow-up, repeat business and future marketing where appropriate.

Can it connect to my calendar?

Yes. With the AI assistant plan, we can connect the system to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook so suitable bookings or quotation appointments can be added to your calendar.

What do you need from me?

We need your photos and any information you have about your business and the services you offer. We do the rest. We write the website content for you and can create a new logo if needed. If you are upgrading an existing website, we can use the information you already have and completely revamp it.

How does payment work?

We take 50% of the setup fee up front, then the remaining 50% once the website and system go live.

What are the monthly prices?

The website-only plan is €19/month. Adding the AI website assistant brings the monthly price to €49/month. The one-time introductory setup fee is €497.

Why is there a monthly fee?

The €19 monthly website plan covers ongoing website hosting and maintenance. The €49 website + AI assistant plan includes that website service plus the managed AI assistant, monitoring, AI updates, support and ongoing improvements.

Will you maintain my website after it goes live?

Yes. Ongoing website maintenance and updates are included in both monthly plans. The website-only plan is €19/month; with the AI website assistant, the monthly price is €49.

How do the Google review requests work?

With the AI assistant plan, we set up the Google review automation for you. After a completed job is marked finished, the system can send a polite review request and one reminder if needed. The customer chooses whether and what to write.
