For clinics using Dentally, direct integration can be explored through Dentally’s API for patient records, call notes, and appointment booking workflows where clinic API access is enabled.

Other systems such as Aerona, EXACT/SOE, Anolla and others can be assessed case by case depending on API, webhook, or partner access.

Either way, the goal is the same: make sure patient enquiries are captured properly when reception is busy.

Does the AI sound human?

Yes. AIGEN uses natural, brand‑tuned Irish voices—friendly, professional, or casual. Most callers think they’re speaking with a person. For complex requests, it hands off to your team seamlessly.

There are cheaper AI receptionist tools out there, but the quality depends heavily on the voice, the AI model, the call flow and how it’s configured. This isn’t just a cheap answering bot — it’s a managed clinic-specific call overflow system that uses a premium AI model.

How long does it take to set up?

Most clinics can be ready to test within 7 days. We collect your clinic details, configure the call flow, test everything with you, and make adjustments before it goes live.

What if the AI doesn’t know an answer? Can I customize responses?

Your AI knows when to escalate. It can share your contact details, notify your team, or transfer the conversation—so customers always get help. You control greetings, tone, and phrasing, so it always sounds on‑brand.

Can the AI book appointments?

Yes, where supported. The AI can capture preferred appointment times and, where Google/Outlook calendar or clinic PMS API/webhook integration is available, direct booking may be possible.

Dentally integration is available where API access is enabled. Other PMS systems assessed case by case.

How much does it cost?

AIGEN’s early clinic rollout price is €497 per month, with setup included.

This includes managed setup, call-flow customisation, testing, monitoring, support, patient enquiry capture, clear summaries for your team, and PMS integration explored where supported.

There are no long-term contracts. The goal is simple: help your clinic capture more patient enquiries when reception is busy.

Do you charge per call and message?

Call minutes are covered under a fair usage policy (up to 300 minutes per month - 20c per min after that).

10c per whatsapp msg sent - Only charged when a real enquiry comes in or a lead is handled.

Clinic Pro Includes up to 500 AI call minutes per month for normal overflow usage. Additional AI call time is billed at €0.20 per minute if usage goes above the included allowance.

We’d always flag usage clearly with you before it became an issue.

What support do I get?

AIGEN is not software dumped on your team and left for them to figure out. We work with your clinic directly, configure the system around your reception process, monitor how it performs, and keep improving it after launch. You get a managed Irish service with real support — not just a dashboard and a help article.

How many calls can the AI handle?

A human receptionist can only handle one call at a time. On a busy morning, that means lost bookings and frustrated clients. Our AI is different.

Infinite Capacity: Our system can handle 1, 10, or 100 calls simultaneously.

Is patient data handled securely?

AIGEN is designed to capture only the basic information needed for follow-up, such as the caller’s name, phone number, reason for calling, and preferred appointment time. We do not ask for unnecessary medical information. Where PMS integration is enabled, enquiry details can be passed directly into the clinic’s own system. Data handling and retention can be configured around your clinic’s GDPR requirements.

Does the AI make clinical decisions or give medical advice?.

No. AIGEN does not diagnose, give medical advice, or make clinical decisions. It simply captures structured enquiry details such as the caller’s name, phone number, reason for calling, urgency, symptoms described by the caller, and preferred appointment time. This information is passed to your clinic team in a clear summary so they can review, prioritise, and follow up appropriately. The final decision always stays with your team.
